Students will learn the key differences among these categories, the legal standards that apply to each, and the common misconceptions surrounding online registrations and certifications. The course also addresses essential questions for individuals, housing providers, and business owners regarding rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and related regulations.
