A full body workout! Change your body: tone, sculpt, burn fat and build a lean physique. Barre classes combine dance, Pilates and yoga fused with cardio and fitness elements for the most effective results. The classes are set to music and utilize the ballet barre (or chair). A fun, high energy and challenging class that will bring you results. Bring a yoga mat.

Amy de Sa, began teaching Pilates in 1995. B.A., Dance, B.A., Psychology, Hope College. Principal Faculty for BASI Pilates. Teaches Pilates Teacher Training courses and Advanced Education Workshops internationally. Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, NCPT and Member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Presenter at annual Pilates and fitness conferences. Owner, Pilates Denver Studio since 2001.
