Get ready for the 2025 Chautauqua summer assembly by experiencing the transformative power of yoga pre-season! Yoga is a perfect way to find
inner peace and strength. This accessible class caters to all bodies and can be enjoyed in a chair or on a mat. Participants should bring their own mats.
Blocks will be provided. Ages 18+
Andrea DiMaio
Andrea has a 500-hour yoga certification and offers accessible yoga classes in western NY and online. She teaches several weekly virtual and in-person group and private classes. She leads inclusive hikes and other outdoor adventures in western New York with Ample Movement, a group she began in 2017. Andrea believes that the only thing a person needs to do yoga is their breath. She teaches that yoga is for everybody and that you don’t need a flexible body, an able body, or a thin body to do yoga.
