How much would it mean to put your values regarding racial equity into practice? During this interactive and introspective course, participants will explore the individual and systemic threads of racism. The facilitators, one Black and one White, utilize a self-reflective approach through circle work, small groups, and pairs for increased engagement and transparency. This class involves looking at the impact of racism on all of us, how it shows up in systems, and how we can respond effectively by doing our own work. We will focus on ally-ship as action-oriented rather than a static identity.
