Looking to stoke the fires of creativity or just move through sticky joints? Movement can support not only self-care strength, mobility and movement but also creativity. Movement classes are a mix of multiple modalities curated to support participants who like a variety of exercises and stretches. Participants can expect to move through Pilates, Franklin Method® and Roll Model® Method techniques with a sprinkle of joviality. No prior experience is necessary.
