Enjoy an early morning gentle wake-up yoga class throughout the grounds. As weather permits, each day we will discover a different garden. We will end the week at the labyrinth for a meditation walk. Sign up in advance is required, so participants can receive morning texts with location reminders and weather updates. No experience needed. Bring your own mat and yoga blocks. I will supply yoga straps. Consider renting or bringing your own bike to the grounds for a leisurely group loop ride around the grounds after our class, to top off the morning.

Tobin Renee Schermerhorn
Tobin has been teaching Kripalu yoga for five years. When she is not practicing yoga or at her day job as a hotel designer, she can be found at the pottery studio, in her garden, camping in her Airstream, or attending a random class at her local college.
